About a year ago, my brother Giulio and I decided to give our parents’ house, where we both grew up, a new lease of life.
That is why we have decided to make it available to you, to share with you the family atmosphere that pervades it and the emotions that it evokes in us.
We have tried to adapt it to today’s needs, while maintaining the intimate atmosphere that has always characterised it.
We saw bricklayers knocking down walls, electricians running new cables, plumbers building a new bathroom and air conditioning systems from scratch.
We spent our weekends and evenings painting walls, repainting furniture and trying to make the house more comfortable.
There have been moments of discouragement when things have not gone as we would have liked.
There were moments of elation as we saw the house come back to life.
And finally, at the end of October 2023, La Bravitù opened its doors to its first guests.
A few days ago, this welcome surprise: we are now Airbnb superhosts!
We are only at the beginning of our experience, we learn something new every day and we are always trying to improve, but your appreciation is the best reward for us.
