The house was built by our grandparents in the early 1950s as a workshop for the production of punched cards for knitting machines.
The building was in front of the old Modena Autodrome (see photos on the side), now replaced by the Ferrari Park.
At the end of the 1960s my parents extended the house: this is where we grew up.
And it is a pleasure to open the doors of our family home to you: our house is your home.

Kitchen and Dinette
There is a fully equipped kitchen and a dining room with a view of the Ferrari Park. Here you can enjoy your meals in peace and quiet.

A large living room consisting of a dining room and lounge. There is also access to the balcony overlooking the garden.

The largest bedroom in the house (sleeps up to 4 guests) with an en-suite bathroom, double bed and a single bed that converts into a double.
Almond Tree Room
Spacious bedroom (up to 3 guests) at the rear of the house with en-suite bathroom, double bed and sofa that converts into a single bed.

You will have a spacious apartment on the first floor of a two-storey building.

You can spend relaxing afternoons or dine cheerfully in a garden with a gazebo and barbecue [in Spring 2024].
